Arriving at Sheraton Phoenix Crescent, we were greeted by friendly staff, even though there was a slight mix-up with our room key initially. the room decor exuded warmth, with the AC already running to combat the Arizona heat. Despite being an older hotel, it was well-maintained and surprisingly modern. the comfortable beds and spacious layout made our stay enjoyable, and having a fridge in the room was a convenient perk. the hotel's convenient parking and delicious food at the Indigo Bistro added to our positive experience. the Sheraton Phoenix Crescent truly felt like a desert oasis, catering to both business and leisure travelers with its versatile event spaces and pet-friendly rooms. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a relaxing stay in Northern Phoenix.
